This house type was named after the University of Beijing (北京大学) in China. Beijing Houses are three-storey terraces with a total of 14 rooms with attached bathrooms. They are located in between UTAR and the commercial area. There are rooms with balconies where tenants could step out for activities and drying their laundries. Both single and double rooms are suitable for students who prefer privacy or sharing.
